I'd like to start off by saying - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IREMA. My husband and I had tried IUIs, IVFs across doctors in Singapore and India and went through miscarriages. We literally had zero hope until we were recommended to speak with Dr Terrado by one of the top gynaecs in Argentina and we are SO SO glad we reached out to Dr Terrado and Brigida. They had the time and patience to answer ALL our questions (and we had a LOT of questions). We were well cared for throughout our treatment and we conceived in the first IVF/ embryo transfer attempt. I am two weeks away from delivering and till date Brigida follows up so kindly on my health and well being. Dr Terrado and the embryologist are very experienced and I would say just go to IREMA and look nowhere else! Thank you so so so much Dr Terrado, Brigida and the entire IREMA team for helping us realise our dream!

Two pregnancies after embryo transfer on the first attempt – 100% recommendation! Thanks to Irema and the team I am pregnant with my second baby and I am absolutely happy!!! About 15 months after the birth of my daughter (also an „Irema Baby“) I had an embryo transfer (this time Kryo-frozen for about 1,5 years) and it again was successful on the first attempt! I am grateful to Irema management, thatthis was enabled, although I developed a gestosis in my previous pregnancy. For a responsible progress of the pregnancy, I am examined every 2 weeks at the local German gynecologist, and so far even in the 30th week of pregnacy no gestosis appeared and all the Ultrasonic examinations showed no problems, and indicate, that in a few weeks I can give birth to a healthy child. Also my daughter is now a completely healthy, happy, lively, intelligent and pretty little girl, who I deeply love. A nice side effect: This time I embedded the Irema treatment in a vacation at a nearby coastal town, which was great place to be – also for my daughter to play in the sand. In summary: I can 100% recommend the treatment in Irema!!! The fact, that I returned to Irema for the second child is a statement itself. After the positive experience with the first embryo transfer, I did not hesitate a second before the decision to be treated again here. The personel is very, very friendly - in fact I was not only taken care of during the treatment, but also before and after that. The biological and medical services are very professional. The birth of my daughter was the abolute highlight of my life and the decision for the 2 babies was the best in my life. Thanks to Irema to turn that into reality!!!

When my husband and I realised we needed help conceiving, we turned to Irema in Beniarbeig. Our experience was that we were treated kindly and considerately and we always felt comfortable to ask questions. The team clearly know what they are doing and this helped put our minds at ease through what can be an emotional journey. Furthermore, not every medical practitioner has the warmest bedside manner/ people skills but everybody at Irema was so friendly and warm that we felt totally supported all the way through our journey. To me this is a very big thing. Fortunately, we have had a very successful outcome, and we are so very grateful to Dr Guillermo, Brígida, Ana and the entire team at Irema Beniarbeig. But even if we were still on this journey, I’d be glad we were going through it with them. Thank you Irema - we cannot recommend you enough!

My husband and I faced challenges conceiving naturally, which led us to pursue IVF. We initially tried a few cycles with my own eggs at a clinic in Melbourne, Australia, but both attempts were unsuccessful as the embryos stopped developing due to my condition. We then looked into the option of using donor eggs, but the process in Melbourne was complex. One of the regulations requires the child to be informed they were conceived via an egg donor, which we weren't entirely comfortable with. This prompted my husband to explore options abroad, and that’s how we discovered IREMA. After reading positive reviews and thoroughly researching the clinic, we reached out, and Brigida was our first point of contact. She was extremely kind and informative, and after gathering the necessary details, we arranged a video consultation with her and Dr. Terrado. Before our meeting, I researched Dr. Terrado and found that he is a highly regarded IVF specialist with a wealth of online resources and positive feedback. During our initial consultation, we felt an immediate connection with Brigida and Dr. Terrado. They answered all of our questions with patience and without any pressure, unlike some other clinics we had consulted in different countries. They gave us the time and space to make our decision without feeling rushed. After choosing IREMA, Brigida guided us through the entire process with exceptional care and professionalism. We felt confident and reassured throughout, thanks to her constant support. Brigida's attentiveness was remarkable, as she stayed in regular contact even before our trip to Spain, making sure everything was going smoothly. Her ability to build a strong rapport with patients is truly special. Upon arriving at IREMA, we were warmly greeted by Anna at the reception, whose friendly smile instantly made us feel at home. Meeting Brigida in person was like reconnecting with a close friend, and her warmth and care melted away any anxiety we had. We knew at that moment that we had made the right decision. Dr. Terrado also made us feel at ease during our consultations. He explained everything in detail, answering all our questions and making sure we were comfortable with each step. Using donor eggs, we were fortunate to have four high-quality embryos reach the blastocyst stage. We traveled to Spain for the embryo transfer, and two days later, we returned to Australia. Brigida continued to check in on us throughout the process. Unfortunately, our first embryo transfer did not result in a successful pregnancy, which was heartbreaking. However, Brigida and Dr. Terrado were incredibly supportive. They scheduled a video call to explain that everything had been done correctly and that sometimes, despite best efforts, the embryo just doesn’t attach. Six months later, after allowing my body to recover, we decided to try again. We still had three good-quality embryos remaining and felt optimistic. The second cycle, which we started in April 2024, felt even smoother than the first. Everything progressed as expected, from the initial scans in Australia to our arrival in Spain. After the embryo transfer, Dr. Terrado once again provided clear guidance, advising us to be patient while awaiting the test results. On June 5th, we went to a pathology clinic in Melbourne for the blood test. The following day, we received the news we had been waiting for—our test was positive! It was a surreal moment, and we were overjoyed to know that our dream of becoming parents was finally coming true. Now, at six months pregnant, I continue to stay in touch with Brigida, who provides advice and support throughout my pregnancy. Her care and attention have been invaluable to us throughout this journey. We are beyond grateful to the entire team at IREMA for their incredible care and support. If I could give a million stars, I would. If you choose IREMA, rest assured that you will be in the best possible hands. They will guide you through every step of the process with compassion, professionalism, and unwavering support, even beyond the embryo transfer.

Thanks to the outstanding hard work, commitment and support from everyone at Irema my wife and I finally realised our dream of becoming parents to a beautiful, healthy daughter. We felt exceptionally well cared for throughout our treatment, from our initial consultation in UK, from to our our first visit to the clinic to the last. With each cycle we saw continuous improvement in the results and through the expertise of all at the clinic, we were finally able to be successful where two UK based private clinics had failed. Equally important as the expert treatment, is the genuine care that everyone had for us throughout. The staff really care about not just ensuring that everything is being done to help you have a child, but that your emotional and mental well-being are equally cared for. This reveiew has taken me nearly 6 years to write.... I had a hard time getting pregnant and i almost wanted to forgte the difficult time but i want to thank this clinic for changing my life forever. I did 4 IVF's, it wasn't easy and i have Sergio/ Malin/ Daniela to thank. They were friendly/ professional/ the village is so nice to go too. I am v pleased we used them. So happy to say I'm 7 weeks pregnant after our first Donor egg transfer with Irema Alicante. After 3 long years doing IVF in the UK we decided to look abroad using donor eggs. I looked all over Europe at clinics and emailed lots of clinics but we decided on Spain, we love the country and its cheap to get there etc. As soon as I had contact from Lauren, Irema's patient coordinator I knew this was the clinic for us. She was so amazing answering all my questions, whatever time of the day, she never minded me WhatsApping her with my mad, worried thoughts! We found the clinic very clean and all the staff very friendly and really liked our Doctor, it felt like Dr Cummins really cared. It took 3 months and 3 visits to get pregnant, amazing! Even now Lauren checks on me, and last week when I had a scare, she was the one calming me down and telling me what to do. We really love this clinic but having a patient coordinator like Lauren has made it all so easy.

Lauren at Irema is dedicated coordinator who goes above and beyond to really help you, answering queries quickly, even after hours. The Dr was very thorough with their pre treatment tests and our treatment felt personalised for our situation. All in all our cycle with Irema was miles better than our UK clinic, plus we got a holiday too. Highly recommended.

We cannot rate IREMA highly enough. We have been travelling to IREMA from the UK for treatment. The clinic have been amazing. Very friendly, attentive and supportive. We have been given an Inernational coordinator (Lauren) who has supported us with everything from the start. She is always available, at anytime of day, to answer any question, big or small, and to reassure us when needed. The doctors and staff at IREMA have been fabulous too. The whole clinic have made a difficult journey easier and the impossible seem possible. Thank you!

I could not rate this clinic highly enough. Coming over from the uk for treatment could seem a little daunting but we were given our own coordinator who was English and fluent in Spanish. Lauren was available on email / phone and what’s app at all times which was brilliant for all the questions you have. The clinic was spotlessly clean and the staff so friendly although they spoke little English they tried so hard and we had Lauren for back up. (I went to the Cartagena clinic as my mum had an apartment nearby, in the Beniarbeig clinic they would speak English in the clinic too) The process was so simple and so quick. Most of my friends have had IVF in same sex couples and most have taken years to do all the processes, you speak to receptionists who don’t know your personally details and wait weeks for appointments and even longer to get a sperm donor. We started the process in February and by end of March the embryos were frozen due to my own hormones and I have the actual transfer Monday! It’s cheap and quick to fly to Spain and you get a rest at the same time which is needed. The whole procedure is also cheaper in Spain too. So it’s fingers crossed for Monday, but whatever the outcome I will be talking very highly of a Irema and I cannot thank Lauren enough for making this procedure simple and in what could be a stressful time she made it lighthearted in a professional way :-)

We first contacted the Irema clinic 2015 enquiring about egg donation. Our choice of egg donation was because of age and in order to have a better chance of a positive outcome and result, not for medical reasons. When contacting the clinic, the staff we were in contact with were incredible informative and service minded. We immediately felt this was the place. Everything about the procedure was extremely professional and they took the greatest care to explain and inform us all the way. We had two attempts and the second time we were successful. January 16. this year we had the most beautiful healthy baby boy. He is very much like his father, but also have traits from his mother, which we now know is down to epigenetics, hence the research from Spain 2015 which is very exiting. Don't be fooled by the clinic and premises seeming small. These guys know what they are doing and make you as a client so welcome and so valued. We are living proof. One very happy family !
